Our client based in Farnborough are seeking a sales administrator to join their busy team for 6 months! This role would suit someone who is available immediately and has previous sales admin experience.
Duties:
Co-ordinating customer repairs
Scheduling of engineers
Coordinating with the field service team
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Updating the CRM system with accurate information
General administration as requiredRequirements:
Excellent communication skills
Previous phone-based customer service experience
Strong IT skills, ability to pick up new systems
Excellent attention to detail
