: Deliver person:centred support in daily living activities: Encourage independence and promote wellbeing: Support individuals with appointments, hobbies, and community outings: Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans
Shift Patterns
This is a full:time role with 37.5 contracted hours per week, with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
Sessional/bank hours, shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support.
