A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join our independent client based in Colchester CO3.
Property sales experience is essential; however, charisma, determination, energy, and an outgoing personality are also very important for this vibrant and forward-thinking company.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister, you will need to be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the spectrum, including high-end properties, and be involved in the entire property sales process—from generating and carrying out market appraisals to achieving strong fees and conversion rates, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals through to successful completion.
You should possess the ability to build long-term business relationships with clients and applicants, be focused and target-driven, and be a strong team player.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
2. Carrying out market appraisals
3. Achieving strong fees
4. Helping to acquire a significant market share
5. Effectively marketing properties to buyers
6. Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings
7. Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors, clients, and other relevant parties to ensure legal move-in and completion
8. Dealing with financial and legal matters related to sales progression
9. Guiding buyers and vendors through the sales process from agreement to legal completion
10. Contributing to the smooth daily operation of the branch
11. Maintaining excellent administration skills and proficiency with agency software systems
The successful applicant should possess the following skills:

* A desire to progress and challenge oneself continually
* Experience is advantageous but not essential
This position offers long-term career prospects. Local experience is not required.
The working hours are:
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
* Saturdays with a day off during the week
The salary range is:
* £26,000 to £28,000 per annum (basic)
* OTE around £50,000 per annum
* Company car: Audi A5
