With ambitious growth plans, they're looking for a New Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. What You'll Be Doing Hunting for new business across key markets and re-engaging lapsed clients Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close Building and nurturing accounts post-sale to ensure long-term success and repeat business Positioning tailored training solutions (no product sales) in a consultative, value-led way Collaborating with marketing and internal teams for smooth onboarding Maintaining accurate records in CRM and internal systems What's on Offer £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary (DOE) Uncapped commission (OTE £60,000 in year one) 5-8 hours of weekly coaching & development (1-2-1s and group sessions) 33 days holiday including bank holidays (with increases after 5 years) Hybrid working after 6-month probation (3 days office / 2 remote) Free onsite parking, fruit, refreshments, flu jab and eye tests Company social events, away days, and profit share scheme Supportive culture focused on wellbeing, growth, and long-term success What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience (5 years preferred) Proven track record in new business development and account management Strong communication skills across phone, email, and video Proactive, resilient, and self-motivated with a hunger to succeed Ability to understand client goals and present tailored solutions Collaborative, process-driven approach with a commitment to customer care Ready to take the next step?
