Payroll Clerk - Lisburn - Practice - £28,000 - £30,000 The Opportunity BlackFox Solutions are delighted to be seeking an experienced and highly motivated Payroller to join our clients established and growing accounting practice in Lisburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a practice environment and managing payroll for a varied portfolio of clients. The Role As a Payroller, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients across a range of industries. The successful candidate will ensure payrolls are processed accurately, on time, and in line with current UK payroll legislation. Key Responsibilities Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients Managing starters, leavers, and payroll changes Processing statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP Submitting RTI filings to HMRC Handling pension auto-enrolment and pension submissions Dealing with client payroll queries in a professional and timely manner Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation and HMRC requirements Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation About You Previous payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy practice or bureau environment Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC processes Experience using payroll software (e.g. Sage, BrightPay, Iris or similar) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple payrolls Whats on Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities for training and development Flexible working options (where applicable) Pension and additional benefits If youre open to a confidential conversation about this opportunity, feel free to get in touch directly.
