We are looking for an ADMINISTRATOR to join our client based on Portland. You will be responsible for coordinating all admin tasks, maintaining accurate records and acting as a key liaison between departments, colleagues and external contractors.
Your responsibilities:
* Generate regular reports
* Raise purchase orders and manage general purchasing activities
* Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
* Provide day-to-day administrative support contributing to smooth operational delivery
We need from you:
* CV showing history in administrative role
* Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance proof
