The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and nationally respected UK client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Advisor to join their evolving and rapidly expanding Abingdon based team.
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers. The calls tend to be very varied therefore the successful candidate must be able to absorb information, and confidently go above and beyond to offer customer service excellence to resolve the customers query.
Our client’s product is technical and ever evolving therefore the successful Customer Service Advisor needs to be comfortable to learn to become an expert in order to be able to offer basic technical support to customers over the phone.
