Exams Officer North Wales (offices in St Asaph and Mold) Full-time | Hybrid working available Immediate start ⏳ Initial 1-month contract (short-term cover, with potential to extend) Salary negotiable depending on experience We are supporting a specialist education provider in North Wales to recruit an Exams Officer to join them on an initial short-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure and confident managing exam processes and deadlines. You will play a key part in ensuring external examinations run smoothly, securely and in line with awarding body requirements. You will act as the main point of contact for all exam-related activity and work closely with staff, students and external bodies to make sure everything is planned, compliant and delivered on time. Key responsibilities include: Managing the full exam cycle from planning through to post-results Registering and monitoring candidates and liaising with awarding bodies Recruiting, training and overseeing invigilators Organising exam timetables, rooms, seating plans and access arrangements Ensuring exam security, handling incidents and maintaining confidentiality Administering results, post-results services and certificates About you: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working to strict deadlines Confident communicating with different stakeholders Proactive and solution-focused Previous exams administration experience is helpful but not essential This is a responsible and rewarding role where your work will directly support young people at an important stage in their education.
