Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Nights (12-hour shifts)

You'll play a critical role in keeping our production lines running smoothly by carrying out planned maintenance and reacting swiftly to breakdowns. What you'll be doing:
1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of production and packaging machinery.
2. Responding to and resolving electrical and mechanical breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime.
3. Supporting continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis.
4. Working with a variety of equipment including conveyors, motors, pumps, sensors, and control panels.
5. Completing all work to the highest standards in line with health and safety regulations.
