Job Description
3. Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
4. Manage ER issues
5. Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring
6. Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions
7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
8. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
9. Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees
10. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. Proven working experience as an HR Advisor
12. In-depth knowledge of labour law, ER issues and HR best practices
13. Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-focused approach
14. Proficiency in HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
16. The ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
17. The ability to work independently
18. An understanding of GDPR
