* Maintain professional registration and practice through CPD and keep an up‑to‑date professional portfolio.
* Experience in prescribing unlicensed medication, drugs used within clinical trials, and blood products (as a qualified Supplementary and/or Independent Prescriber) in compliance with controlled‑drugs policies.
* Demonstrated ability to assess complex facts, use analytical skills, and practice evidence‑based health care.
* Strong organisational skills, including planning, scheduling and workload management.

Personal Attributes

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deliver complex information to patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
* Persuasive, motivational, and negotiating skills to achieve consensus within the MDT.
* Empathic and reassuring, with the ability to advocate for patients and support their emotional and physical well‑being.
* Strong teaching and training abilities, including lecturing to radiographers, scientists, doctors and other staff.
