Morson Edge are working with a major player in the Energy Sector who have a current requirement for a Technical Contract Support (PMO) to join their established Project team at Aztec West, Bristol.
This is a great opportunity to strengthen and consolidate your work history whilst gaining invaluable experience on one of the UK's biggest construction infrastructure projects.
Typical Activities:
Budgetary Control
* Set up the monthly meetings with Function Heads (MEH and Transverse)
* Maintain a database of the Task Orders and remaining budget
* Request a sample of invoices and compare with contract obligations
* Assist with Annual Budget by Cost Centre
* Assist with the Actual Cost of Work Provided (ACWP) creating the monthly pack to include resourcing
* Assist with the year End Process with full audit trail of accruals raised
Risk
* Manage a meeting calendar with Risk Owners
* Analyse Downloads from ARM
* Provide Summary Status
