Working alongside the Head and Sous Chef, you’ll help lead the team, prepare quality dishes, and maintain high culinary standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard * Support senior chefs in daily operations * Supervise and train junior team members * Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards * Manage stock rotation and minimise waste * Keep kitchen areas clean and organised About You * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef * Knowledgeable in professional cookery, fine dining and 5-star service. * Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients * Strong communication and leadership skills * Positive, hands-on attitude * Food hygiene certification preferred
