The Role
* Monitoring and tracking pupil attendance and punctuality
* Following up on absences and attendance concerns
* Working closely with families to improve attendance outcomes
* Supporting safeguarding and pastoral procedures
* Maintaining accurate attendance records and reports
* Working collaboratively with school staff and external agencies where required
Requirements
Applicants should:
* Have strong administrative and organisational skills
* Be confident communicating with parents, pupils, and staff
* Be able to manage sensitive information professionally and confidentially
* Have good IT and data management skills
* Be proactive, organised, and able to work independently
Previous school attendance or pastoral experience would be advantageous.

£10,887 – £12,048 Actual Salary
