I am seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join a well-established residential care home located near Banstead, Surrey. About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the home, working closely with the Home Manager and wider care team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service. You will help oversee the delivery of person-centred care, support staff development, and uphold compliance with all relevant regulations.
