Are you an experienced internal communications expert with a flair for crafting unforgettable events? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading communications agency as a Senior Internal Communications & Events Manager supporting the head of the department in mentoring and leading a team of 7 consultants.
About the Role:
* internal communications and events for prestigious clients, focusing on the Pharma sector.
* -manage a team of 7 high performing team members
* with Pharma clients on events, crafting communications ideations and compelling content, coordinating event material, managing speakers, and handling budgetary aspects.
* tasks will encompass briefing, pitching, campaign management, and ensuring seamless execution of events.
* creatively in order to craft experiences and content that is unforgettable both nationally and internationally
Key Requirements:
* should possess 10-15 years of agency experience, with a strong background in internal communications and events.
* experience within agency and the Pharma sector is essential, along with proven success in delivering high-quality events.
* skills are crucial, as the role involves supporting and mentoring a team with varying levels of experience.
* to travel is necessary, with occasional trips within the UK and EU expected.
* term tenure is a key requirement as some campaigns are ongoing and success will be reviewed annually
