Due to our growth, we are now recruiting a Parts Interpreter to join the team.
About the role
The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our internal service department and customers both over the counter and on the phone, building rapport, and maintaining the database.
* Assist the parts department in serving the workshop, retail, and trade customers.
* Supply workshop technicians with parts.
* Order, book out, invoice, and process payments for parts.
* Address customer inquiries over the phone and in person.
* Check in parts deliveries.
* Liaise and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers. Assist with parts stocktakes.
About you
* You will have dealership Parts experience, OR experience with a Parts retailer
* If you have what you believe are the relevant transferable skills, then we still would like to hear from you
* Knowledge of Tune is beneficial but not essential
* Committed to achieving excellent customer service.
* Organised & able to multitask.
* Professional work ethic
* A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work to aid accurate identification of required items
* Good telephone manner
* Applicants must hold a valid Victorian driver's Licence.

* Monday to Friday with half day on Saturday, overtime approx once a month
