Care Support Workers – Female Only
Location: Monkton Road, Prestwick, KA9 1AR
Salary: £12.60 per hour + Benefits
Contract: Includes 12-hour shifts, evenings, nights, sleepovers & weekends (full time and part time contracts available)
Service: Shawburn (Residential Small Group Living)
Requirements: Driving License essential, Female only*

What You’ll Bring:
5. Previous experience in a similar social care / health care support work position
6. A full UK driving licence
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. A team-focused, problem-solving mindset
9. A passion for person-centred care and promoting inclusion
10. Respect for diversity and a commitment to equality
11. Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn
12. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Desirable (but not essential):
13. Experience supporting people with additional needs
14. Understanding of social care legislation and best practices
15. Experience with support plans, risk assessments, or managing behaviours
16. A relevant qualification in Social Care (or willingness to work toward one)
