We're working with a high-tech, forward thinking research agency to find a Research Manager to join their team. Working with clients across consumer, social, and political, they use AI innovation and top class methodologies to bring research to the next level.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Owning and delivering multiple quantitative research projects in B2C, political, and multi-market research
* Leading on client calls and managing communications throughout the project lifecycles
* Managing and growing client accounts, acting as the first point of contact
* Creating data tables with custom outputs through DisplayR
* Partnering with consulting and analytics teams on large-scale projects
* Scoping client research needs
* Ensuring high quality across survey design, sampling, and data outputs
About You
If you have:
* 3-5 years of experience in quantitative research
* A strong knowledge of the full research cycle
* Confidence scripting and designing excellent surveys
* A track record of delivering quality research across multiple use cases
* Experience cleaning raw data
* Excellent Excel skills, and exposure to DisplayR
* A commercial mindset
* A willingness to mentor and develop junior researchers
* Curiosity and aspiration to deliver brilliant research projects that will result in huge impact
