Senior Chef de Rang Key Responsibilities:
Service Preparation : Ensure the restaurant is efficiently set up for service, and food and beverages are served to guests with elegance and precision.
Customer Satisfaction : Work closely with the Head Waiter to meet and exceed customer expectations, adapting to guest needs and providing personalized service.
Service Item Preparation : Prepare service items like sugar trays, wet napkins, service plates, and cutlery ahead of each service according to the function sheet.
Station Management : Take responsibility for a designated service station, ensuring it is fully equipped and operational for service.
Menu Knowledge : Become fully conversant with all menu items, understanding the presentation, accompaniments, and variations to confidently inform guests.
