Our client is one of the UK's largest and leading Leisure/Sports Centre operators. They are currently looking to recruit a Duty Manager with strong experience to manage fast‑paced wet and dry site leisure operations.
Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the centre, overseeing health and safety, driving customer service excellence and supporting the team.

Qualifications and Commitments
The successful candidate will need to achieve National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operator qualifications within a set timescale if not already qualified. The role involves day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays, and requires a DBS check prior to starting.
