We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Car Sales Executive to join our Toyota Dealership in Lincoln.
Job Details
* Full-time role, 5-day working week, Monday - Sunday, between 08:30 – 18:00, based on a 40-hour week.
* Rotational schedule with one weekday off and alternate weekends off.
* Potential earnings of £35,000 OTE within the first 6 months, plus a company car.
* Opportunity to develop a career in automotive sales with full training provided.
Responsibilities
* Build trust and communicate effectively to exceed customer expectations.
* Maximize sales opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound inquiries, and walk-ins.
* Achieve KPIs related to unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
* Ensure compliance with FCA and data protection regulations by accurately recording customer and vehicle data.
Candidate Profile
* Experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager is preferred but not essential.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Excellent rapport-building skills and a valid UK driver’s license.
* Potential for a successful career in the automotive industry.
