Job Title Senior Performance Marketing Manager, HRP UKI Lead - Fixed Term Contract Job Description This role will lead the UKI HR & Payroll marketing plan and team in region, setting and delivering against targets and revenue plans (NCA and inlife - upsell / cross sell / migration). This role will be the marketing lead for the UKI planning process leading on trading / MSBR interlock and performance. You will also oversee the development and execution of data-driven, ROI focused campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive revenue growth. You will solely own the NCA (New Customer Acquisition) plan in region, with overall accountability for NCA and in-life revenue. Location - This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week out of our Newcastle, Manchester or Winnersh office. Key Responsibilities As the Marketing Lead for the HRP business, you'll play a pivotal role in driving regional growth by developing and executing a high-impact, integrated marketing strategy. You'll work closely with the HRP leadership team to ensure alignment with regional targets and business objectives. In this role, you'll: • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and planning process, ensuring performance-driven campaigns across all channels and tactics. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial and RTR teams to set priorities, manage budgets, and align go-to-market strategies. • Serve as the key marketing representative in performance and trading forums, working in close partnership with the digital hub to drive campaign performance and web optimisation. • Oversee the full customer journey from awareness to conversion, including the development of effective nurture programmes. • Be accountable for marketing performance metrics such as ARR, SQOs, MQLs, CPA, and LTV:CAC, using data to inform strategy and optimise ROI. • Lead regular performance reporting and insights sharing with senior stakeholders, owning the marketing input into sales trading calls and broader business reviews. • Stay ahead of market and competitor trends to ensure Sage remains competitive and innovative in the HRP space. • Act as the regional lead, working with digital and campaign hubs to shape priorities, coordinate execution, and drive continual optimisation. • Manage and optimise budgets, ensuring spend is aligned to business goals and delivers maximum return. • Lead and develop a high-performing team, with direct and indirect leadership responsibilities across central hub teams. • This role is perfect for a data-driven marketing leader who thrives on collaboration, accountability, and delivering results in a fast-paced, performance-led environment. Understanding of working with channel marketing advantage. • Proven experience in digital & field marketing. • Sound leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team. • Exceptional communication to negotiate and influence at senior level. • Ability to work in a matrix environment and multi team approach - influencing across teams to get to right outcome including through the new UKIA hubs & regional structures. • Resilience and strong accountability.
