The Role This is a long-term opportunity (following a successful trial), with consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm You’ll play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and feel supported throughout their school day. We’d love to hear from you if you: Are a graduate looking to start a career in education, psychology, or care Have a passion for working with children or vulnerable individuals Are patient, adaptable, and empathetic Communicate clearly and build positive relationships Understand (or are willing to learn) the importance of safeguarding Hold an Enhanced DBS (or are willing to obtain one) Have relevant experience (helpful, but not essential — attitude matters most!)
