Are you passionate about ensuring communications are both compelling and compliant? As a Communications Review Specialist in our first line defence team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we engage with customers across the UK. From financial promotions to core product messaging, your expertise will safeguard customer trust, protect our brand, and support our commitment to treating customers fairly. This is a unique opportunity to blend regulatory acumen with creativity, working at the centre of a growing health insurer where your approvals truly matter.
Key responsibilities
* Meticulously reviewing a huge variety of customer facing communications and Financial Promotions, ensuring any areas of concern are rectified to reduce risk to the business and drive good customer outcomes.
* Making sure approved marketing materials are clear, fair, and balanced.
* Ensuring materials comply with FCA regulation and ASA guidance, correctly reflect product benefits, meet clear communications and Consumer Duty requirements.
* Working with communication owners on any required changes to ensure their communications are compliant, clearly explaining your rationale.
* Managing workloads effectively and pragmatically to ensure deadlines are achieved.
* Liaising with key stakeholders across the business.
Work arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Your skills & experience
* Good understanding of AXA Health and third-party business and products.
* Good awareness of the ICOBS rules, particularly the Financial Promotions rules as well as ASA guidance.
* Ability to work with and influence key stakeholders at all levels across the business.
* Experience of referencing policy terms and conditions.
* Able to work quickly and accurately whilst prioritising urgent tasks.
* Ability to pivot successfully between diverse types of communications and content.
* Good understanding of the principles of insurance.
* A drive to ensure great customer outcomes.
