Key Responsibilities

* Manage a high volume of conveyancing cases from inception to completion
* Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers, leases, and mortgage deeds
* Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence investigations
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in conveyancing
* Assist in the resolution of complex legal issues and disputes related to property transactions
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process

Qualifications and Requirements:
