Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our esteemed legal firm. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in conveyancing, with a remarkable 25,000 to 30,000 years of work experience in the field. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex property transactions and contribute to our firm's continued success in the real estate legal sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist solicitors and licensed conveyancers in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions

* Manage a high volume of conveyancing cases from inception to completion

* Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers, leases, and mortgage deeds

* Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence investigations

* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases

* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in conveyancing

* Assist in the resolution of complex legal issues and disputes related to property transactions

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process

* Stay informed about changes in property law and conveyancing practices

Qualifications and Requirements:

* 25,000 to 30,000 years of work experience in conveyancing and property law

* Extensive knowledge of conveyancing processes, procedures, and relevant legislation

* Proficiency in conveyancing case handling and management

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficiency in using conveyancing software and case management systems

* Familiarity with land registry procedures and requirements

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Detailed Role Description:

As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant with millennia of experience, you will play a crucial role in our firm's property law practice. Your vast knowledge and expertise will be instrumental in handling a wide range of conveyancing matters, including:

1. Case Management

You will be responsible for managing a high volume of conveyancing cases from start to finish. This includes:

* Opening new files and conducting initial client consultations

* Preparing and sending out client care letters and other necessary documentation

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files, both electronically and in hard copy

* Monitoring case progress and ensuring all deadlines are met

* Closing files upon completion of transactions and archiving them appropriately

2. Legal Document Preparation

Your extensive experience will be crucial in preparing and reviewing various legal documents, including:

* Contracts for sale and purchase

* Transfer deeds

* Leases and tenancy agreements
