We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and manage the operations at our Milton Keynes Digital Centre. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in complex operational management, particularly on sites with multi-user contracts. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
People Leadership: Champion team engagement and foster ownership, ensuring alignment with our shared vision while inspiring and empowering team members.
Operational Leadership: Oversee a safe, world-class operation focused on continuous improvement to delight our customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for a variety of complex customer needs, negotiations and issue resolution, identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships.
