A leading organisation in the diagnostics sector is seeking a Contract Operation Administrator to support the rollout of a new digital contract management system. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Sussex (40% office-based), offering the chance to be part of a major digital transformation initiative within a global business.
Your new role
As Contract Operation Administrator, you will join the Legal andpliance team and play a key role in embedding a new contract management system across the business. You’ll act as the system’s super-user, supporting its implementation, training stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity. This is a varied role thatbines system administration with legal administrative support, offering valuable exposure to contract management processes in a global setting.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Acting as the primary champion and expert user of the new contract management system
2. Leading and supporting projects to expand system usage across the organisation
3. Delivering training and guidance to internal stakeholders
4. Reviewing contracts to extract and input key data
5. Redacting sensitivemercial information where necessary
6. Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data within the system
7. Collaborating with colleagues to maintain best practices in data management
8. Providing general administrative support to the Legal andpliance team
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in legal operations or contract administration. Prior experience working with contracts or legal documents is advantageous, but not essential. You’ll be confident learning new systems and engaging with stakeholders across the business.
