A highly respected Legal 500 firm in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Partner to join its Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence practice. This is a senior strategic appointment offering the opportunity to lead high-value claimant work, contribute to the continued growth of the department, and play a key role in the wider firm.
The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a rare opportunity to operate at a senior level within a leading regional practice. Responsibilities will include:

* Leading and managing complex, high-value personal injury and clinical negligence claims

* Advising clients on catastrophic injury and serious medical negligence matters
\t
* Overseeing case strategy, risk management, and supervision of junior fee earners
\t
* Driving departmental growth through business development and client relationship management
\t
* Contributing to firm-wide strategy and cross-referral initiatives
\t
* Maintaining high professional and regulatory standards

About You

* Experienced Solicitor at Partner level (or Senior Associate ready to step up)
\t
* Strong background in claimant personal injury and/or clinical negligence work
\t
* Proven ability to manage high-value, complex cases

* Demonstrable business development capability and client following (or clear potential)

* Commercially minded with strong leadership and mentoring skills
