Responsibilities
The Assistant Contract/Commercial Manager will play a vital role in supporting our commercial activities, ensuring compliance and smooth operation across various projects.
* Conduct Level 2 commercial audits to assess the efficacy and compliance of ongoing projects with internal and external processes. Identify areas for improvement and report findings.
* Support the critical Governance function as TRA Reviewer to ensure thorough tender assessment and compliance with the WinBusiness Process. Address potential risks and uphold our standards of excellence.
* Support the execution of commercial assurance reviews for projects. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and contribute to the project's success by providing insightful commercial evaluations and forecasts.
* Act as the Commercial Hub Manager, coordinating updates, knowledge base, templates, discussion and driving consistent application of best practices across the Division.
* Assist in the administration of NEC contracts and other contractual agreements. Provide support to Sweco PMs to ensure all parties understand their responsibilities and adhere to the terms and conditions stipulated.
* Oversee the locked contracts schedule and manage the Division’s legal portal tickets. Cooperate with the Legal team to close actions, support Project Managers and clear backlog. Ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with Sweco Governance while maintaining compliance with legal standards.
* Develop AI tools for the Commercial function.

* Hold a degree in engineering, procurement, accounting or related field
* Have ambition and drive to develop their skillset
