Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join an established manufacturer based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate.
Job Role
Producing a wide range of polyurethane products, mouldings and bushes
Casting into steel and aluminium moulds using dispensing machines and some hand-mixing systems
Carrying out work to a high standard with accuracy and attention to detail
Working effectively as part of a small production team in a fast-paced environment
The Candidate
Ideally experienced in a factory or production environment (not essential)
Able to work proactively both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, motivated and keen to learn new skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
