Repairs Surveyor – South Devon. Contract role, 8am-5pm, £27 - £32 per hour.

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing company, who are looking for Repairs Surveyors based in South Devon.
Day to Day
* Carry out day to day repair surveys for social housing stock
* Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements
* Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
* Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
* Have experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
* Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
* Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
* Experience with damp and mould
