Lead and inspire the nursery team
Maintain high standards of childcare and safeguarding
Drive quality improvement and EYFS excellence
Manage budgets, staffing and resources
Build strong relationships with families and the community
About You
Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding early years education
