Our client, a highly respected and award-winning housebuilder, is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity for you to represent a premium developer known for quality, design, and customer satisfaction.
You will be the face of the brand on-site, guiding customers through every step of their home-buying journey — from first enquiry to handing over the keys.
Key Responsibilities Include
Delivering exceptional customer service and a professional sales experience.
Managing all aspects of the sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion.
Building rapport and trust with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable homes.
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintaining accurate records of enquiries, reservations, and sales progress.
Achieving and exceeding individual and site sales targets.
About You - The ideal candidate will bring:
Previous experience in new home sales or housebuilder sales environments (essential).
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, customer-first approach with strong attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off in lieu).
