We’re looking for aSocial Media & Content Managerwho loves food, drink, and all things hospitality just as much as we do.
This role is for someone who’s hungry to grow, obsessed with social media and content, and loves pushing creative boundaries.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and execute social media strategy for hospitality clients
* Create and manage content calendars, copywriting, and scheduling
* Direct, attend, and contribute to content shoots with Iphone content
* Have a strong creative eye for video, leading video direction, creating and brief short‑form video concepts for Instagram & TikTok
* Spot trends and adapt strategies to drive results
* Build strong client relationships
* Coordinate with videographers and editors to deliver standout content
What We’re Looking For:
* London-based, with flexibility for on‑site client shoots 2–3 days per week
* Proven skills in strategy, content creation, and account management
* Skilled at Canva and Capcut
* Obsession with social, branding, storytelling, and results
* Positive, self‑starter with an appetite for growth
* Organised, detail‑driven, and reliable
* Bold mindset, unafraid to pitch ideas
* Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
* Qualifications not essential, passion and proof matter more
Experience:
* Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
* Strong understanding of short‑form video content, including ideation, curation, and editing for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok
* Confident using CapCut and Canva to create high‑quality, on‑brand content
* Ability to plan, schedule, and optimise social content across multiple platforms
* A good eye for visual storytelling, trends, hooks, pacing, and platform‑native content styles
* Hybrid role: mix of remote and on‑site
