Purpose of thejob
We are seeking an experiencedand driven Marketing Manager to join our business at this criticaltime of high growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you willplay a pivotal role in developing and executing brand and marketinginitiatives that will capitalise on existing and evolving businessopportunities that will in turn enhance business performance brandawareness and the reputation of Airport Dimensions products orservices across both B2B and B2C audiences.
Thisrole requires a deep understanding of branding principles strongproject and stakeholder management skills and creativeflair.
KeyResponsibilities
Branddevelopment andmanagement:
* Lead theexecution of comprehensive brand strategies ensuring a seamlessintegration of new brands into ourportfolio.
* Ongoing brand management thatensures assets remain relevant and engaging to key stakeholderswith all products services and communications falling under thedefined brand parameters.
* Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to review evolve create and maintain allbrand documents communicating updates effectively to keystakeholders
Contentdevelopment:
* Createcompelling and effective copy for marketing materials such aswebsite content emails and social mediaposts.
* Take charge of photography andvideography shoots overseeing the entire process to update assetsacross channels.
* Develop captivating B2C socialmedia content enhancing brand presence and audienceengagement.
Researchand analytics:
* Leverage guestfeedback to provide actionable recommendations and updates ensuringmarketing activities resonate with ouraudience.
* Conduct regular reviews of competitoractivities to stay informed on industry trends and maintain acompetitive edge in themarket.
Marketingactivations:
* Supportnew lounge openings by coordinating brand activations photographysessions updates on thirdparty channels and stakeholdercommunications.
* Organize industry events inline with Airport Dimensions business development strategycollaborating with event organizers and engaging keystakeholders.
* Manage endtoend social mediaownership for B2C channels creating and monitoring engaging contentand addressing inquiries to enhance brandpresence.
Performancemanagement:
* Generateroutine reports on campaign performancemetrics.
* Conduct organic social media reportinganalysing key metrics to enhance strategy andengagement.
Knowledgeskills and experience required
* Experience working in brand or marketing
* Experience across the full brand journey from inceptionto ongoing brand management
* Ability to managea varied workload and influence and manage marketing piers andsenior stakeholder
* Social media capabilitiesand knowledge of social media management platforms
* Creative skills across design and copywriting with a keeneye for detail. Comfortable using Adobe creative suite
* Good communicator proactive assertive and able to useinitiative. Not afraid to challenge and makerecommendations.
* Experience working in thetravel or hospitality industry would be preferred but otherservicebased experience would berelevant
