Job Description
3. Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
4. Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients.
5. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
6. Conduct property searches and liaise with external parties such as estate agents and mortgage lenders.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met effectively.
9. Support junior team members and contribute to their development.
10. Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and industry standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Conveyancing Solicitor should have:
