Partner with clients to optimise invoice processing, accelerate payments, and strengthen relationships while continuously improving financial workflows.Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve enquiries across multiple channels, delivering fast, accurate, time-critical solutions. Build strong product and process expertise to support clients, suppliers, and operational workflows. Streamline operations, onboard suppliers, and process invoices, adjustments, and rebates with accuracy and compliance. Partner with clients and suppliers to drive growth, prioritise payments, and maintain quality standards. Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, providing concise updates and effective reporting. Bring strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
