We’re partnering with a leading international membership organisation in the offshore/marine sector to recruit a Head of Technical & Safety, a pivotal leadership role driving safety, technical excellence and sustainability across a global industry.
In this influential position, you will:
✨ Lead and develop a high-performing technical & safety team
✨ Oversee divisional roadmaps aligned to organisational strategy
✨ Drive safety improvements, including annual reports & safety flashes
✨ Shape and publish technical and best-practice guidance
✨ Support technical committees and governance frameworks
✨ Represent the organisation at global industry forums
✨ Contribute to major events, webinars and technical programmes
We’re looking for:
✔ Proven leadership in offshore marine contracting or a related technical field
✔ Strong understanding of technical, safety & sustainability functions
✔ Experience producing high-quality technical publications
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence across industry
✔ Experience with ESG/sustainability or leading organisational change (desirable)
