Key Responsibilities of the Creative Teaching Assistant:
* Support teaching and learning across the curriculum using creative strategies.
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
* Help adapt lessons to suit different learning styles.
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom.
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

The Ideal Creative Teaching Assistant Will:
* Have previous experience working as a Creative Teaching Assistant or in a similar school-based role.
* Be confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs.
* Be proactive, energetic, and adaptable.
* Have strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
* Have a fully checkable work history.
