Job Title: UAT Test Manager

We’re looking for an experienced UAT Test Lead to own and drive User Acceptance Testing for large‑scale enterprise initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong technical insight, leadership presence, and a relentless focus on quality.
What You’ll Do
As a key partner to business and technology teams, you will:
Act as the voice of quality, partnering across business and engineering teams to design and deliver comprehensive UAT strategies for complex, cross‑functional programs
Lead end‑to‑end UAT planning, preparation, and execution, owning schedules, dependencies, resources, and delivery outcomes
Inspire teams to strive for excellence while balancing competing priorities and tight timelines
Identify opportunities to leverage test automation to improve efficiency, coverage, and speed
Proactively assess risks across technology, delivery, and organization and implement effective mitigation plans
Champion best‑in‑class testing by engaging the right subject‑matter experts at the right time
Drive definition of test scenarios, ensure end‑to‑end requirements traceability, and validate readiness to test
Ensure test environments and datasets are fit for purpose and available on time
Apply strong analytical skills to triage defects, investigate root causes, and drive issues through to resolution
Clearly report UAT progress, risks, and issues to project teams and senior stakeholders
Adapt your approach as needed while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes
Contribute to testing transformation initiatives, introducing innovative tools, practices, and methodologies
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience & Skills
Extensive Experience leading QA and UAT activities in complex, cross‑functional environments
Strong understanding of testing methodologies with a proven ability to embed a quality‑first mindset
Experience establishing and scaling QA program structures to maximize ROI across multiple initiatives
Ability to build technical domain knowledge, understand system interdependencies, and adapt test strategies accordingly
Experience working with system and/or software architecture models
Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Proven ability to balance multiple initiatives while keeping delivery on track
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and planning
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, turning uncertainty into clear execution plans
Demonstrated curiosity, flexibility, attention to detail, and a positive, solution‑focused mindset
SAP functional Experience (ideally MM / SD modules)
Nice to Have
Experience testing within Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional Experience
QA certifications (ISTQB, ASQ, etc.) and/or PMI certification
