About The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and reporting to Social Housing National Contracts Manager and Business Development Managers with client and Main Contractor.
Office base at store Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Managing clients and main contractor expectations.
2. Service daily meeting expectations.
3. Customer designs and accuracy to exemplary standard.
4. Keeping costs of FOC to minimum.
5. Progress meetings with clients and contractors held monthly.
6. Work closely with Business Development Managers Nationally and understand sales activity within social team.
7. Ensure any changes or discontinued product is immediately communicated to client & contractors.
8. Surveys to be conducted 5 days a week

About You
15. A proven history of success managing kitchen projects in Social Housing.
16. Proven history in customer/client relationship
17. Excellent communication skills essential with a can-do attitude and direct approach.
