The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
11. A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
12. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the FMCG industry.
13. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
14. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and developing teams.
15. Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
16. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
17. A strategic mindset with the ability to align financial strategies with business objectives.
