Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, multichannel strategies, and performance marketing. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while driving measurable results.
Responsibilities
* Campaign Planning & Execution: Design, deliver, and optimise advertising campaigns across digital, social media, and local channels.
* Media Planning & Buying: Plan and purchase media across online platforms, local radio, print, and outdoor ads.
* Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, flyers, banners, digital menus, and event promotions.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with agencies, influencers, chefs, and managers to align marketing with business goals.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and adjust strategies to maximise reach and engagement.
* Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to boost visibility and sales.
* Budget Management: Control campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective results.
* Branch Launch Support: Deliver targeted campaigns to ensure a successful new branch opening.
* Coordinate multichannel marketing efforts, including email marketing, print advertising, and e-commerce initiatives.
* Collaborate with the sales team to drive advertising sales through effective product management and budgeting.
* Create compelling copy for various advertising mediums while ensuring brand consistency.
* Leverage Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging advertisements and promotional materials.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
* Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in advertising, marketing, or account management, ideally in the hospitality or food sector.
* Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including performance marketing, B2B marketing, and multichannel strategies.
* Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, Google AdWords, and other relevant digital tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on copywriting and storytelling.
