Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Transition Manager to coordinate the changeover between FM service providers within a manufacturing environment. This client-side position will ensure the transition is delivered smoothly, meets contractual obligations, and maintains uninterrupted site operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the FM transition process from start to finish
* Oversee mobilisation activities to ensure delivery against agreed plans and timelines
* Monitor supplier performance and ensure accountability throughout the transition
* Identify and resolve risks, issues, and service gaps
* Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and FM providers
* Implement effective governance, reporting, and escalation procedures
* Maintain continuity of manufacturing operations and minimise operational disruption
