Requirements for SEND Tutors and Teachers:
* Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD
* Subjects: Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
* Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
* Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
* Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote jobs
* Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment
Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs
* Support pupils from KS1 - KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
* Plan and report on lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress
