Responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate and professional nursing care to residents, ensuring a high standard of clinical support.
* Administer medication and monitor residents’ health status, maintaining accurate records of care.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalised care plans and implement best practices.
* Support and mentor junior staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clear and thorough information sharing.
We are looking for
1–2 reliable candidates with the ability to support both day and night shifts on an ad-hoc basis. You will need valid NMC registration, a relevant nursing qualification, recent experience in a care home or similar clinical setting, and up-to-date mandatory training and immunisations.
