Metalis are currently supporting a manufacturing client based in Cradley Heath who are looking for an Administrator to join their well established team.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for all incoming telephone calls.
* Interact with customers to address their inquiries effectively.
* Channel and redirect queries to appropriate departments.
* Manage the reception.
* Generate and issue sales and service invoices.
* Process credit card payments securely.
* Monitor online sales orders through the web shop.
* Oversee order and delivery status, coordinating with the dispatch team.
* Take charge of handling returns from customers and coordinating with suppliers.
* Sort and distribute new sales orders and address queries as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the Sales & Service departments as required.
Person Specification:
* Proficient in Sage 50 (preferrable, not essential).
* Demonstrates an excellent telephone manner and the ability to maintain a professional attitude.
* Works effectively as part of a team.
* Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a high-workload environment.
