Teaching Assistant Jobs Available from May!
We are seeking passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants who are dedicated to making a positive impact on children's education and development.
* Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Key Stage: 2
* Location: Lincolnshire
Responsibilities:
* Build nurturing and positive relationships with children through a calm approach.
* Communicate regularly with families and carers to provide feedback on children's progress.
* Support all children, including those with additional needs.
* Facilitate small intervention groups and deliver Phonics sessions for Key Stage 1/2.
* Collaborate with the Class Teacher and other professionals to enhance children's learning.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and utilise positive behaviour management strategies.
* Create an inclusive, safe, and fun learning environment.
* Participate in school and community events and activities.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
* Thorough understanding of the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Valid Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
* Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
