Our client, known for culinary excellence and quality, has earned awards and a respected position in the market over many years.
Set in a busy city location our client is looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead one for their quality focused food operations. It is leading a close dedicated Kitchen brigade, producing high level popular food concepts across the main restaurant, of this recognised day venue. Mainly delivering, lunch, afternoon teas and dinner services. There is also a high level of private dining and events throughout the year to showcase other culinary expertise.
The role also offers the option to work 4 days on and 3 days off week, working with the best sourced sustainably sourced produce.
The person:
Our passionate foodie client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for an experienced Head Chef talent in the kitchen. Someone who is approachable, have a positive out-going personality, and possess a can - do mentality, and lead a close-knit team.
The ideal Head Chef candidate must have had prior experience of working in a volume food led Kitchen, cooking with the pick of fresh ingredients, specifically with one to two rosette culinary experience, and also experience of high-end events delivery. You must be able to demonstrate good all-round culinary technical skills. Be able to grow, train, and develop the brigade with this quality focused organisation. Leading them in making memorable food experiences for its customers.
All Chef applicants will need to be able to demonstrate their technical abilities at interview stages.
